Ive actually tried to push the video directly and through OBS and I can tell the quality from the camera is perfect like the zoom video shows. New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast. I does puzzle me why on earth Teams would do this on my own end. All that being said, i do love teams. Some people report that whenever they put the mouse cursor over text or picture, it looks normal - to only return blurry again after moving the mouse away. During the screen sharing, do other participants are present? Maybe a problem of the region? @exportakademiaDo you had a solution for this already? So the issue seems to be only happening at initial meeting setup and only in the Teams desktop app (not the browser as already reported by @RonaldDJ). If you have multiple displays connected to your PC or if your display configuration changes, some desktop apps might appear blurry. Then dive into the call details. this quality is not acceptable. The problems could be solved when you deleting the cache of Teams! Mine is. The preview stays very bad quality, but when a call is made, the other end has "better" video.
